Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Facebook Platform rules, we provide the following instructions for users who have connected their Facebook account to FullTable and wish to manage or delete their data.

1. Remove Facebook Connection

If you would like to stop syncing reviews from your Facebook Page, you can disconnect your Facebook integration at any time:

  1. Log in to your FullTable account
  2. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  3. Find the Facebook card and click "Disconnect"

This will immediately stop any future review synchronization from your Facebook Page. Previously synced review data will remain in your FullTable account unless you request full deletion.

2. Request Full Data Deletion

To completely remove your FullTable account and all associated data (including reviews, team information, and Facebook data):

  • Email our support team at wesley@fulltableapp.com
  • Include your account email address and a clear request for data deletion
  • We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed

Upon completion, all of your personal information, restaurant data, review history, and Facebook-connected information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
